our family

Here is an introduction to our little family- Me and Mike have been married for 6 years and have two adorable kids. Mike has worked at the prison for four years now as an officer, and just recently made the corrections department S.W.A.T team which is really exciting and is something he has wanted for a long time. he is a very laid back person who enjoys doing pretty much anything. i have been working at the same place- larry miller honda- for 8 years now- which is where me and mike met. although not where i thought i would still be-it has been a good thing for us especially with kids as it has given me flexibility to be with our kids more. i have been going to school since 2004- trying to get my RN. I was in the nursing program, but had to take a break after the 2nd semester when an unexpected detour in our lives occurred (we love you Daxton!!) so my life at the moment is centered around raising our wonderful boys! I enjoy doing most things- but lately have really enjoyed the moments when i've been able to do nothing! Tavin is our 2 1/2 year old energetic little boy! he loves being outside and going to the "big" pool in our neighborhood. He is such a good big brother although this has been quite an adjustment not getting all the attentino anymore! And last but not least is our brand new baby boy- Daxton David. he was born on September 5, 2008 and has been making it known he is here ever since! Life with two kids has been more rewarding and more exhausting then anything i have ever experienced. I have learned so much about life in the few short years of being a mom and am truly blessed by small miracles!
