So this was Tavins first year trick or treating and he absolutely loved it that all he had to say was three little words and people gave him CANDY- he caught on to that concept pretty quick!!
We dressed Daxton up as a tiger- although i'm sure he didn't care and we dressed Tavin up as a Hobo Clown and surprisingly he let us put makeup on his face and spray his hair blue! In the morning we went to my work where everyone was dressed up- we got to see one of my friends' adorable little girl there dressed up as a lady bug! Tavin refused to eat anything other than candy pretty much all day needless to say his sugar rush crashed quickly and he fell asleep before we left my works parking lot. He slept all the way up until we woke him to go trick or treating around our circle. That evening we went for the best homemade Chili at my sisters house as is the tradition in our family. Again Tavin over extended himself in the Candy eating department and after running on high speed energy around my sisters house for a few hours- he was instantly put to sleep on the way home! Halloween has always been one of my favorite holidays- and I love it even more now with kids! We had an Awesome and exhausting day. I can't wait until next year when we will have two kids running around high on candy!!!
